Behind The Glass

Most of my life has been looking at the outside world from the inside.

Growing up with asthma placed me inside the house most of my younger days.  So I would sit inside and watch classmates pass by the windows of our house and wish I could go out and join them.

As I grew older, my asthma was not quit as bad and I was finally able to enjoy the outside world.  How wonderful to be able to ride a bike, skateboard and inline skate!  The great outdoors was finally available to me.

Now, I've picked up this new hobby of photography and it has opened my life to new views and expressions of the world around me.

But interestingly enough, I find myself again watching life from behind the glass.

I hope you enjoy my posts and some of my photos.

It's a great way to express yourself and jot down your thoughts. I think you'll have fun with it.

  2. I think you just motivated me to get out and exercise even more. We take so many things for granted, like being able to go outside, to be healthy enough to walk, etc.. I like the photo in your post, gives me that trapped in the house feeling.
